Do you evaluate the exterior of the home?

Yes. The front exterior, entry approach, and surrounding environment are always included as part of the whole-home assessment. These areas play an important role in first impressions, energy flow, and overall support for the home. Backyard areas may also be referenced when relevant.

How long do I have to use my consultation after purchasing?

You have 12 months from the date of purchase to use your session. After 12 months, the service expires.

What if I need to use the service after it expires?

Expired services may be reinstated with a $75 reactivation fee and will be subject to current pricing and availability.

Can you visit the property in person?

Virtual consultations are the standard. On-site visits may be available for an additional travel fee (per property and location).

Is everything we discuss confidential?

Absolutely. All consultations, photos, videos, and client information are kept strictly confidential.
