This assessment is designed for buyers who are evaluating multiple properties and want a structured way to determine which one offers the strongest overall foundation.

Using listing photos, floor plans, videos, and available property data, I evaluate up to five (5) homes through a Feng Shui and real estate lens, helping you understand how each property compares in terms of balance, livability, and long-term support.

No home will have perfect Feng Shui. The goal is not perfection, but to identify the property with the most auspicious and supportive qualities, while recognizing which challenges are manageable and which are best avoided when possible.

How It Works

1️⃣ Submit Your Properties

After booking, you’ll complete a short intake form and share links (MLS, Zillow, Redfin, etc.) for the homes you’re considering.

You’ll also receive a private folder link if you’d like to share more images or walkthrough videos.

2️⃣ Pre-Session Review

I review each property in advance to identify key Feng Shui and real estate considerations.

3️⃣ Advisory Session

We meet virtually for a focused consultation where we:

• Compare the homes side-by-side
• Discuss strengths and caution areas
• Explore how each may support your lifestyle goals

4️⃣ Move Forward with Confidence

You’ll walk away with practical guidance to help you determine which home is the strongest overall fit, along with a clear understanding of each property's strength and potential challenges.

On-Site Visits (Optional)

• This service is completed virtually.
• On-site visits may be available for an additional travel fee based on location.
• Travel fees apply per property.

Expiration Policy

This service must be used within 12 months of purchase.

After 12 months, unused services expire.

Expired bookings may be reinstated with a $75 reactivation fee, and are subject to current pricing and availability.
