This assessment is designed for buyers who want clarity before committing.

Using listing photos, floor plans, videos, and available property data, I evaluate one (1) property through a structured Feng Shui and real estate lens, helping you understand its strength, potential challenges, and overall level of support for long-term living.

No home will have perfect Feng Shui. The goal is not perfection, but to understand what you are stepping into, so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.

How It Works

1️⃣ Submit Your Properties

After booking, you’ll complete a short intake form and share links (MLS, Zillow, Redfin, etc.) for the homes you’re considering.

You’ll also receive a private folder link if you’d like to share more images or walkthrough videos.

2️⃣ Pre-Session Review

I review the property in advance to identify key Feng Shui and real estate considerations.

3️⃣ Advisory Session

We meet virtually for a focused consultation where we:

• Walk through the property together
• Discuss strengths and caution areas
• Explore how the home may support your lifestyle and long-term comfort

4️⃣ Move Forward with Confidence

You’ll walk away knowing whether this home is worth pursuing, along with key insights into its strengths and areas to be mindful of.

On-Site Visits (Optional)

• This service is completed virtually.
• On-site visits may be available for an additional travel fee based on location.
• Travel fees apply per property.

Expiration Policy

This service must be used within 12 months of purchase.

After 12 months, unused services expire.

Expired bookings may be reinstated with a $75 reactivation fee, and are subject to current pricing and availability.
