This assessment is designed to help you evaluate these decisions early, so you can move forward with a stronger foundation.

Using site information, maps, and floor plan layouts, I assess your land and/or home design through a Feng Shui and real estate lens, identifying supportive features, potential challenges, and areas to be mindful of before construction begins.

The goal is to identify aspects of placement, layout, and orientation that may be difficult or costly to adjust later, so you can make informed decisions before construction begins.

Evaluation may include the following, depending on your situation:

• Land and surrounding environment analysis

• Evaluation of up to five (5) floor plans or a custom draft layout

• 15-minute follow-up clarity call (within 7 days)
• Concise written summary of key findings

How It Works

1️⃣ Submit Your Information

After booking, you’ll complete a short intake form and share any available materials:

• lot details or address
• builder options or floor plans
• custom design drafts (if applicable)

You’ll also receive a private folder link if you’d like to share more images or walkthrough videos.

2️⃣ Pre-Session Review

I review your materials in advance to identify key Feng Shui and real estate considerations related to both land and layout.

3️⃣ Advisory Session

We meet virtually for a focused consultation where we:

• Review the land and/or floor plans together
• Discuss strengths and caution areas
• Explore how design and placement decisions may influence long-term livability

4️⃣ Move Forward with Confidence

You’ll walk away with practical guidance to help you decide how to move forward; whether that means selecting a better lot, choosing between layouts, or refining your design before construction begins.

On-Site Visits (Optional)

• This service is completed virtually.
• On-site visits may be available for an additional travel fee based on location.
• Travel fees apply per property.

Expiration Policy

This service must be used within 12 months of purchase.

After 12 months, unused services expire.

Expired bookings may be reinstated with a $75 reactivation fee, and are subject to current pricing and availability.
